Who I am... I'm a devoted Christian, fun-loving and active guy; am kind and gentle and I have a strong, solid sense of myself. I'm sensitive when others are hurt and wear my heart on my sleeve. My best qualities are being empathic, transparent, genuine and authentic--I can admit when I'm wrong. I'm good at sharing my toys; am an honest, forthright, and healthy communicator. I generally don't hide or bury my feelings, rather I get them out in the open and deal with them. I'm MONOGOMOUS and FAITHFUL; loving, strong, affectionate and physical. I live a fairly clean lifestyle but as a chef, indulge in good food often. I've done a great deal of soul searching and personal inner-work on myself, and I have a voracious, sardonic sense of humor. I've owned a successful, catering & event company for the past 12 years and love my work. I have a tremendous team of about 25 right now and we're doing terrific. I had the opportunity recently to appear on the Food Network as a contestant on Cutthroat Kitchen. Was a great experience. I love photography and exploring Portland with my camera. I make jewelry and started a line this year as a way to de-stress in the evenings.
